    I worked with the Chicago Housing Authority to determine the best use case for a plot of land in a developing neighborhood, providing insightful recommendations for future use cases.

  • Lame Duck Policy Challenge

    When Congress is in session after a November election and before the beginning of the new Congress, it is known as a lame-duck session.

    For this policy challenge, we addressed fundamental housing and climate change issues through our residential resilience tax credit policy, which will combat the housing crisis and climate change efforts.

  • AI is becoming a staple for developing economies, especially within the ASEAN region.

    This project looked at the current AI governance within the ASEAN region, and how effective these policies will be at addressing the governance and privacy risks associated with AI.
